摘　　要：以摇臂钻床Z3040-16为例,对主轴变速系统的机械传动改造为液压传动系统,在系统的主控制回路上采用模糊控制和PID控制结合的精密电液比例调速系统,使系统具有动态相应快、稳态精度高的特点。This thesis makes hydraulic reconstruct to spindle shift system through Z3040-16 radial drillpress as reference machine model, introduces timing system of precision proportional electricity and liquid with mistiness control and PID control on principle control loop of system, so system has characteristic of fast dynamic response and high certain precision.
