护生基础教育的缺陷与变革方向

摘　　要：通过对国内护生基础教育的分析，指出了我国护生基础教育中存在的缺陷，主要有指导思想上的缺陷、教育内容上的缺陷、教育方法上的缺陷和教育层次与水平上的缺陷等。文章通过对国内外护理教育的比较，提出了护生基础教育改革的基础方向，亦即提高护理教育的地位，进一步明确培养目标，对教育内容进行大刀阔斧地增减，着眼于素质教育，提高护生实际动手的能力。Through analysis of elementary education of nurse students in China, there are some defecto in guidingideology.educating contents. educating medthods. arrangement of ideas and level, etc. Through Contraction of nursingeducation between China and abroad ,we raise basic direction of nurse students elementary education reform, it meansimproving position of nursing education, making clear training aim, increasing and decreasing education contents,having quality education in mind and improving operation ability of nruse students.
