活性污泥中硝化细菌的分离及其硝化强度的初步研究

摘　　要：通过对活性污泥中硝化细菌的富集，使硝化细菌浓度达１０７个／ｍｌ。在硅酸胶平板上分离到硝化细菌的纯培养物。经鉴定主要有三种菌，简称Ｎ－１，Ｎ－２和Ｎ－３．Ｎ－１为亚硝化单胞菌（Ｎｉｔｒｏｓｏｓｐｉｒａｓｐ．），Ｎ－２为硝化杆菌（Ｎｉｔｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒｓｐ．），Ｎ－３为硝化刺菌（Ｎｉｔｒｏｐｉｎａｓｐ．）．对三株菌的硝化强度进行了研究。１６ｄ时，Ｎ－１的亚硝化率为５５．６％，Ｎ－２的硝化率为６５．５％，Ｎ－３的硝化率为９３．７％。三株菌在工业化污水处理中将有良好的应用前景。Through the accumulation of nitrobacteria from activated sludge, the concentration of nitrobacteria was to 10 7/ml. On the silicate plate, pure nitrobacteria were obtained. Three strains were mainly selected. Strain N 1 was identified to be Nitrosospira sp. and its nitrifying rate at 16 days was 55.6%. Strain N 2 was identified to be Nitrobacter sp. and its nitrifying rate was 65.5%. Strain N 3 was identified to be Nitrospina sp. and its nitrifying rate was 93.7%. There were good prospects of these strains for the treatment of industrial waster water.
