摘　　要：政治社会化理论是当代德国大学生政治教育的基本理论之一。该理论是在对美国政治社会化理论吸纳与创新基础上产生的。它既强调公民学习和社会传播政治文化,又注重发挥政府在这一过程中的主导作用,并藉此构建德国政治教育的国家资源体系,对加强和改进新时期我国思想政治教育资源建设具有一定的借鉴意义。The theory of political socialization, one of the fundamental theories of political education for college students in contemporary Germany, has absorbed and innovated from the theory in America. It not only emphasizes citizenship studies and social communication of political culture, but pays attention to the leading role of the government in the whole process. Moreover, it constructs the national resource system of political education. To a certain degree, it will enlighten the reinforcement and improvement of the construction of the political education resources in China in the new era.
