摘　　要：Malignancy accounts for about 5% of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and needs to be treated by surgical intervention. Duodenal metastases are a rare and peculiar cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.1 Renal cell carcinoma （RCC） is a common cancer and distant metastases eventually develop in most cases.
