摘　　要：《老子》一书的注解汗牛充栋。管窥历代各种对《老子》中的"有之以为利,无之以为用"一句之注释而形成的庞大的解读体系中可以了解,《老子》对后世中国乃至外国的哲学、科学、政治、宗教产生了不可估量的影响作用。There are so many comments on LaoZi that one is hardly able to read all of them, but we can get a general view of the commentary system from summarizing the comments of one sentense, ＂Benefit comes from entity, usefulness comes from void＂, then we may understand how profoundly the Laozi has exerted positive influence on the subsequent theorys of philosophy, politics, science and religion.
