摘　　要：随着民办高校辅导员主体职能的不断拓宽,客体受教育环境的不断变化,构建一支高素质辅导员队伍势在必行。和谐辅导员团队应该职责明晰、各司其职、各有所得、结构合理、和而不同、和衷共济,只有满足这些条件,才能达到办事高效、相互协调、融洽相处、良性运行的目的。With the counsellors＇ main functions of private universities enlarging continuously and with the educational environment for the objects affected changing continuously,it is imperative to build up a team of high-quality counsellors.A team of harmonious counsellors should have clear responsbilities and reasonable inner structure.They each carry out their？ duties and reach their proceeds on their own.They work together with one heart and also with diversity.Therefore only by satisfying these demands can we develop a team who work with high efficiency,get on well with each other and operate smoothly and harmoniously.
