摘　　要：《安徽地域文化》课程是安徽电大于2009秋学期开始,在全省电大开放教育本科、专科部分专业中开设的一门通识课程。《安徽地域文化》课程内容体系构建、课程网络教学资源建设及课程考核方案设计是以人的全面发展为指导思想,以教学模式改革为主要依托,以网络环境为基本载体,以学生综合素质提高为最终目标,常规教育与网络教育并举,学校教育与自我教育共进的素质教育基本思路和模式进行的。An Hui Regional Culture is a general-knowledge education course for some students of open education in An Hui Radio and TV University.The course originated from September,2009.With the guideline of students＇ overall development,the course system,network resourses and the assessing plan have been carefully discussed.It is based on education model reform and the network environment is regard as a basic carrier of the course.The course aims at the final comprehensive quality improvement of students.The conventional teaching mixing with the network teaching and campus education mixing with self teaching have been highly accepted as the basic way for quality education.
