摘 要:用JD-1型轮轨模拟试验机和赫兹模拟准则研究了车轮转速对车轮滚动磨损性能的影响;用SEM、EDS和硬度计等分析了车轮磨损表面形貌与硬度变化情况。结果表明:随车轮转速的增大,车轮磨损量呈现先减小后增大的趋势,滚动摩擦过程中致密氧化膜的形成与车轮磨损量的变化有直接的关系;随着转速的增大,车轮的磨损机制由磨粒磨损向疲劳和氧化磨损转变。The effect of wheel speed on rolling wear behavior of wheel steel was investigated using JD-1 wheel/rail simulation tester with Hertz simulation criteria. The morphology and hardness changes of the worn surface of wheel were analyzed by means of SEM, EDS and hardness tester. The results indicate that the wear volume of wheel decreased firstly and then increased rapidly with the increase of wheel speed. The change of wear volume had a direct relation with the formation of compact oxidation film during rolling wear process. The wear mechanism would change from abrasive wear to fatigue wear and oxidation wear with the increase of wheel speed.
