摘　　要：介绍一种基于LabVIEW8.5的谐波齿轮减速器效率测试系统的测试原理和系统结构,并从硬件、软件两个方面对系统进行介绍。该系统将硬件试验台、传感器、数据采集卡、计算机和LabVIEW软件结合起来,运用先进的虚拟仪器技术进行谐波齿轮减速器效率试验,以较低的成本实现高精度、高质量的测试功能,是对减速器效率测试方法的一种发展,为谐波齿轮减速器性能的研究及进一步的优化设计提供参考。A testing-efficiency system was designed for harmonic gearbox based on LabVIEW8.5, the test principle and structure of the system were introduced from hardware and software. The system combined the hardware test-bed, sensors, data acquisition cards, computer and LabVIEW. Advanced virtual instrument technology was used to make the efficiency test of harmonic gearbox in order to get lower cost, high precision, high quality testing. It makes a progress in test and provides reference for the research and further optimization of harmonic gearbox.
