虚拟显微镜术在病理学教学和考试中的应用

摘　　要：虚拟切片是以多重分辨率格式存储、全组织切片的高倍率数字图像。用特殊的软件可在网页上浏览这些切片,模拟在显微镜下用玻片的考试。新南威尔士大学成功地将虚拟切片教学系统应用于病理学教学和考试。学生问卷调查反馈显示,虚拟切片可提供高质量的图像,很好地解决学生学习过程中出现的很多问题。Virtual slides are high-magnification digital images of tissue sections,stored in a multi-resolution file format.Using appropriate software,these slides can be viewed in a web browser in a manner that closely simulates examination of glass slides with a real microscope.The successful implementation of teaching microscopic pathology with virtual slides and the use in assessment at the University of New South Wales.Questionnaire feedback from students strongly indicates that virtual slides solve a number of problems in their learning.
