高等教育大众化阶段教育质量问题管窥

摘　　要：由于对教育质量的认识不明确、高等教育投入不足、教育资源跟不上规模扩大需要、高校办学体制和教学改革停滞、育人环境没有得到优化等原因,步入大众化阶段中国高等教育面临着严峻教育质量问题。因此,应从高等教育人才质量标准的确立、教育体制的完善、教育监督体系的建立、高教体制的改革、师生教育教学观念的更新等方面寻找有关对策,有效提高高等教育质量。Due to some reasons including ambiguous cognitions on the quality of education,insufficient investment of higher education,shortage in educational resources that cannot meet the needs of scale development,the stalled reforms of the system of operating universities and teaching,inferior educational environment and so on,the Chinese higher education that enters the popularization stage is facing serious problems in the quality of education.Therefore,relevant countermeasures should be sought in order to increase the quality of higher education from different aspects which consist of the talent quality standard establishment of higher education,the perfection of educational system,the establishment of educational supervision system,the reform of higher educational system and the renewal of educational concepts from the teachers and students and so on.
