摘　　要：以湖北省某地方高校债务及财务状况出发,分析地方高校趋同的债务成因、影响,提出政府、学校共同努力化解债务的可操作方式方法,提示积极预防财务风险以促进地方高校科学发展。In light of the debt and financial condition of one local university in Hubei,this paper analyses by analogy the similar causes of the debt problems among local Chinese universities and their social influences.The author proposes in this paper that the central government and the local universities should work out some feasible means for the debt eliminating problems among local universities,and suggests adopting a proactive and preventive approach to the financial risks to advance sustainable development of the local universities.
