摘　　要：随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,高职院校校园文化建设研究亟需加强。文章通过建立科学的高职院校学生素质拓展评估体系,从理论和实践的角度分析并总结了素质拓展评估在校园文化建设中的重要作用,并结合高职院校校园文化的主要特点,提出高职院校在建设校园文化时必须体现高职特色,突出职业素质拓展,充分发挥出校园文化的功能性作用,使高职生在评估系统的导向下,激发其创新潜能,最终达到人的全面和谐发展。With development of higher vocational education,research on its campus culture is an important component of campus culture of higher education.Based on the self-built evaluation system about developing quality of higher vocational students,we could analyze its great effect and characteristic on campus culture.By analyzing the campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges in a new era,expatiates the effective evaluation way to strength the developing quality of college students.
