摘　　要：在高等教育大众化背景下，教师教育处在一个重要转型期。如何应对地方经济社会发展对各类人才的迫切需求、高校发展的激烈竞争、高师综合化发展的严峻挑战，寻求适应地方师范大学发展的道路，是地方师范大学一直在探索的问题。高举发展、创新、和谐的旗帜，发扬“以师为本”的办学优势，遵循“教学立校，科研强校，特色名校”的治校理念，以学科建设为支撑，加强内涵建设，突出区域性特色，走应用型之路，构建“大学＋师范”发展模式，创新大学文化，是地方师范大学应对诸多挑战与冲击的路径选择。Under the popularization of higher education, teacher education is in an important transitional period. How to respond to the urgent demand for various types of qualified personnel with the local economic and social development, the fierce competition to university development, the severe challenges to comprehensive development of higher normal universities as well as seeking the road which apply the development of local normal universities, are problems what has been exploring by local normal universities. Holding high the banner of development, innovation and harmony, carrying forward ＂teacher-oriented＂ school-running advantages, abiding by the school-managing phi- losophy of ＂developing the university with teaching, strengthening the university with scientific research, making the university famous with characteristics＂, supporting by the discipline construction, strengthening connotation construction, highlighting regional characteristics, going along the way of application, constructing the ＂University ＋ Normal＂ development mode and innovating university culture, all these are the path selections of fighting against numerous challenges and impacts by local normal universities.
