摘  要:顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学的重要组成部分,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。如何解决顶岗实习教学指导和监管不到位的实际问题,是构建支撑顶岗实习有效运行的管理体系难点之一。本文提出把学生自主管理纳入提高高职院校顶岗实习环节的可控因素范畴,形成学校管理为主、企业全程参与和学生自主管理的"三元"顶岗实习管理方式,是"以人为本"思想的重要体现,有利于学生主体性作用的发挥和良好职业素养的形成,有效地提高了顶岗实习的成效。Replacement internship,which is an important part of teaching practice of higher vocational colleges,plays an irreplaceable important role in the process of talents training.How to solve actual problems brought by the failure of replacement internship instruction and supervision is one of the difficulties in building up managerial systems to support the effective operation for replacement internship.This paper presents that the students autonomous management is categorized as controllable scope of the link for increasing the replacement internship in higher vocational education institutions,and forms a "Triad" replacement internship of school management as the prime,the enterprises as the complete participant,and students autonomous management,based on the performance of "people-oriented" idea to benefit the development of students as the prime and the formation of good vocational quality for improving effectively the effect of replacement internship.
