摘 要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定鲜蛋中三聚氰胺含量的测定方法。样品经5%甲醇-氨混合液超声提取,离心,上清液在70℃真空干燥箱内挥发干后加入硅烷化衍生试剂衍生,以苯代三聚氰胺作内参物,气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定,内标法定量。在(0.05~1.0)mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.9998);在0.05、0.5和1.0mg/kg的添加水平,三聚氰胺的加标回收率在80.00%~89.91%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.15%;稳定性好,在(0~24)h内测定值的相对标准偏差为2.88%;灵敏度高,最低检测限达到0.01mg/kg。The method for determination of melamine by GC-MS is presented. The sample was extracted with 5% methanol ammonia mixture with ultrasonic extraction.The sample after 5% methanol-ammonia ultrasonic extraction, gentrifugalism, supernatant was dried in a vacuum drying oven at 70℃, then added silanization derivation reagent to grow, use benzene as internal parameters objects, measured by GC-MS, use internal standard method to quantitative analysis. In the (0.05-1.0) mg/L scope, it has the good linear relationship (r〉0.999 8); the recovery rate of the melamine with (0.05-1.0) mg/kg addition were ranged from 80.00%-89.91%, the relatively standard deviation is smaller than 2.15%; it has a well stability when measured it between (0-24) h, the relatives standard deviation is 2.88%; at the same time, it has a high sensitivity, the detection limit is 0.01 mg/kg.
