摘　　要：结合师范院校实际,将创新思想引入教学实践中,对改革传统化工基础实验教学模式和教学方法提出了一些想法和尝试,从而培养和造就具有自主学习能力和实践能力的高素质创新型人才.The objective of introducing innovation thoughts on teaching practice is to cultivate and bring up high diathesis creative students,combined with the actual situation in normal college.The capacity of self-relied study and experiment in scientific research of university student have been cultivated and proposed through the reform of teaching model and teaching methods on traditional chemical fundamental experiments.
