摘  要:本研究分别用丙酮和乙酸乙酯作为溶剂,对用压榨法粗制的金黄色茶油和市售的精致无色茶油的抗菌性能进行了研究.研究两种茶油对常见的细菌、霉菌及酵母的抑菌活性及溶剂是否会对茶油抑菌效果有影响,以及pH值对精致茶油抑菌效果的影响.结果表明:无论是粗制的金黄色茶油还是市售的精致无色茶油都对细菌、霉菌和酵母均具有很好的抑制作用,并且用丙酮和乙酸乙酯两种不同溶剂处理,茶油的抑菌效果不受影响.两种茶油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉和米曲霉、啤酒酵母的最低抑菌浓度完全相同,分别是3%、4%、7%、3%、1%,其抑菌效果与100μg/ml的氨苄青霉素效果相当.PH值对精制茶油的抑菌效果无影响或影响不明显,精制茶油在pH值4~9的范围有很明显的抑菌作用.The study took the acetone and ethyl acetate as the solvent to research the antimicrobial effect of the two kinds of camellia oil,rough golden camellia oil and refined achromatical camellia oil,against bacteria,mildew and yeast,respectively.Meanwhile,the influences of pH to antimicrobial function of the latter were researched.The results showed that the two kinds of camellia oil could effectively inhibit the experimental microorganism,and the different solvent,acetone and ethyl acetate couldn't change their antimicrobial function.The minimal inhibitory concentration of them to taphylococcus aureaus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae and Saccharomyes cerevisiae is very alike,which is 3%,4%,7%,3% and 1%,respectively.The antimicrobial effect was equal to that of 100μg/ml ampinicinin.Ph rarely influence the refined achromatical camellia oil in its antimicrobial effect.,the antimicrobial function of the refined camellia oil with the pH ranging from 4 to 9was the obvious.
