摘　　要：目的基于WEB建立温州市产前筛查网络管理系统,实现产前筛查与产前诊断规范化管理。方法以温州地区80个产前筛查采血点为基本组成单位,各级妇幼保健院为中介体,产前诊断中心实行统一化网络管理。各产前筛查点通过网络进行标本登记和发送,中心直接对合格标本接收,不合格退回;中心通过网络在1周内将产前筛查结果报告发到各个采血点;高风险孕妇通过筛查独立编码从网络进入产前诊断体系,产前诊断结果返回网络系统;月度报表统一产生,避免中心与各级妇幼以及采血点上数字统计误差;通过网络系统,中心还可实行完整档案管理,随访结果登记,财务运行结算等功能。结果 80个采血点均已进入网络,每个区域的妇幼保健院可以借用网络进行片区管理。实行网络管理,避免了许多资料登记的缺项;结果快速反馈,缩短报告时间;产前诊断管理,实现筛查诊断统一。结论产前筛查与诊断管理系统的建立不仅实现了产前筛查与产前诊断规范化管理,缩短了报告时间,也为今后筛查工作的普及奠定了基础,值得在国内推广使用。Objective ： The establishment of prenatal screening Wwnzhou management system based on WEB, prenatal screening and prenatl diagnosis Management will be standardized . Methods： Wenzhou 80 prenatal screening spots as the basic unit and their Manternal and Child Health Hospital as ingtermediary of WEB united management. The prenatal screening spots can register and send specimens through the networkthen that it can be received by centre, if the specimens aren＇t required that they are be return. The report on the results of prenatal sereening will be sent to every spot within 1 week which the high - risk pregnant women through the indepengt coding of screening access to prenatal diagnosis management system. Through the network system, file and follow - up results and financial settlement will be management. Results： 80 spots have been access to the network, Manternal and Child Health Hospital in each rigion has performed area management by net. The advantage of network management is that the registration information will not be missing items and the reporting time will be shorten, simultaneously, screening and diagnosis can be integrated with WEB. Conclusions ： The establishment of prenatal screening Wenzhou management system not only realize the standardized management and shorten the reporting time, but also laid foundation for future of prenatal screening, it is worth promoting.
