摘 要:建立了分析茎椰菜虫酰肼残留量的高效液相色谱法。样品经丙酮提取,正己烷反相萃取,硅胶柱、胺基柱净化,以甲醇-水(75∶25,v/v)为流动相,用XDB-C18柱和紫外检测器对样品进行分离和测定。实验结果表明,虫酰肼添加浓度为0.05、0.2、1 mg/kg时,茎椰菜中虫酰肼的平均加标回收率为86.0%~93.4%,变异系数为1.56%~4.88%;在样品中虫酰肼的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于茎椰菜中虫酰肼残留量的分析。An analytical method for determination of tebufenozide in broccoli by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) has been developed.Samples were extracted by acetone,then reversed-phase ex-tracted by n-hexane,and finally purified by LC-Si SPE and LC-NH2 SPE.Separation and quantification was achieved by using a XDB-C18 column and an ultraviolet(UV) detector.And a binary mobile phase of methanol-water(75∶25,v/v) was used.The average recoveries of tebufenozide in broccoli were 86.0%~93.4%,the coefficient of variation(CV,%) was 1.56~4.88%.The detection limit in samples was 0.01 mg/kg.In general,this method has turned out to be sensitive and accurate,suitable to analyze tebufenozide residue in broccoli.
