摘　　要：目的了解我国微生物培养基用琼脂的质量现状,为制定统一的微生物培养基用琼脂标准提供科学的实验数据。方法通过理化实验、微生物检验,对国内外几种常用的微生物培养基用琼脂的质量进行对比分析。结果与结论制定统一的微生物培养基用琼脂的标准是提高琼脂质量的基础。Objective To provide scientific data for developing uniform standards of agar used in microbiological medium by knowing about the quality status of agar.Methods The quality of microbiological agar medium was analyzed through physical and chemical experiments,and microbiological test.Results and Conclusion Developing a uniform standard of agar used in microbiological medium was the basis for improving the quality of the agar.
