摘　　要：为了提高高等职业教育教学质量,满足企业对软件专业高技能人才的需求,本文以CDIO工程教育模式12条标准为依据,探讨CDIO工程教育模式在高职软件专业课程体系开发、人才培养模式和师资队伍建设等方面的实践。"做中学"模式的实践,培养且提升了学生的工程能力。In order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education and meet enterprise needs of highly skilled software professionals,this paper researches CDIO practice in curriculums development and talent training mode and construction of teaching staff according to CDIO 12 standards.Through ＂learning by doing＂ pattern of practice,developed and enhanced the engineering capabilities to the students.
