关于高校思想政治辅导员育人工作的方法与技巧的思考

摘　　要：近10年随着国家教育体制不断深化改革和完善,高等学校的扩招工作也在不断的深入开展,受教育的群体也不断增多,推进了国民综合素质的提高。与此同时,高校思想政治辅导员的数量与学生的比例也在逐渐增加。随着高校学生数量的增多,如何扎实做好日常学生事务工作便成了辅导员的一项新的课题。笔者有效借鉴国内外学生事务工作的特点,结合学校实际,就当前高校思想政治辅导员日常学生事务工作方法和技巧进行了探讨和思考。In the last decade,along with the continuous reform and improvement of the national education system,the scale of higher education enrollment is also becoming larger.This indicates that educated groups are becoming larger,or in other words,the overall quality of the country is improving progressively.Meanwhile,the number of the university＇s ideological and political instructors is growing rapidly.With the increase in the number of college students,it has become a new task for the ideological and political instructors to search ways to deal with student affairs practically and effi ciently.By effectively referring to the characteristics of the instructors’ work at home and abroad,this paper discusses the methods and skills used by ideological and political instructors in universities to deal with daily student affairs.
