摘 要:目的:进行水中病毒富集和水产品前处理方法的研究,以确定水及水产品诺如病毒快速检测技术。方法:不同水中病毒的浓缩富集方法,不同水产品前处理方法,通过荧光PCR检测比较效果,同时检测实际样本的诺如病毒。结果:两步浓缩法浓缩水中病毒效果比PEG沉淀法好,而两种水产品前处理方法相近,实际样本检测诺如病毒均为阴性。结论:确定了水和水产品诺如病毒快速检测技术,为水系和水产品诺如病毒监测提供依据。Objective:To determine norovirus rapid detection technique in water and aquatic products by research on enrich or distribution virus in water and pretreatment in aquatic products.Methods:Compare the effect between different methods about enrich virus in water and pretreatment in aquatic products by real-time PCR for norovirus.Then detect some water samples and aquatic products by those method.Results:Two-step distribution method is more effective than PEG precipitation method in enrich virus,two pretreatment methods are almost the same in aquatic products treatment.The select samples of water and aquatic products are all norovirus negative by real-time PCR.Conclusion:Determine norovirus rapid detection technique is effective for the surveillance of norovirus in water and aquatic products.
