摘　　要：急诊骨科带教老师在临床教学中,应加强医学生的医患交流沟通技能、师生交流沟通技能、医护交流沟通技能等能力的培养。帮助医学生从学生到医生的角色转变,提高医学生的综合能力,为培养优秀的临床医生创造条件。During the clinical teaching process, teachers of emergency osteology should strengthen students＇ communication skills with patients, medical teachers and nursing staff, to help them successfully medical shift the roles from medical students to clinical doctors, improve their comprehensive qualification such as communication skills, and lay a solid foundation for their future clinical practice.
