高校教学团队建设的意义探析

摘　　要：结合教育部有关大学教学团队建设的建议,界定了高校教学团队。在此基础上,首先从团队可以产生超可加性出发,在理论和实际的角度对高校建设教学团队的意义进行了全面的分析,进而论证了其建设的必要性和紧迫性。According to the suggestions about the building of college teaching team put forward by the Ministry of Education,this paper defines the college teaching team.Based on this,starting from the superadditivity of the teaching team,it analyses the significance of the building of college teaching team from the theoretical and practical perspective and demonstrates its necessity and urgency.
