摘  要:文章对湖南省职业资格证书制度的现状以及存在的问题进行了分析,结合职业院校的教学改革与职业资格证书制度的联系情况,提出了在职业院校实施职业资格证书制度的几点对策。文章着重提出了要建立职业教育改革与职业资格证书制度相融合的教学管理制度,具体表现在构建以能力为本位的课程体系,根据能力本位的要求开展教学活动,根据国家职业标准建立考核标准等方面。This article aims to analyze the status of vocational qualification certificate system and the existing problems in Hunan.Combined with the present relation of the teaching reform of vocational schools and vocational qualification certificate system,it offers several countermeasures of the implementation of professional qualification certificate system in vocational colleges and schools.The article highlights the establishment of vocational education to the vocational qualification certificate system in the fusion of the teaching management system.Namely:building a competency-based curriculum,carrying out teaching activities according to the requirements of capacity-based instruction,establishing the evaluation criteria according to the national occupational standards and so on.
