摘　　要：股权激励机制是近20年来在西方兴起的一种用以激励企业家的报酬制度,目前,它已呈现出逐步蔓延的国际性趋势。面对这股世界性潮流的冲击,我国企业也不可避免地逐步采用这种薪酬制度,但由于经济环境上的差距,在我国实行股权激励机制要想产生好的效果,还必须解决一些重要问题,而在目前情况下,虚拟股票期权计划是一种较好的选择。The stockholder＇s rights incentive mechanism is in the recent 20 years one kind which emerges in the West uses to drive that entrepreneur＇s reward system,at present,it has presented the international tendency which spreads gradually.Facing this worldwide basis tidal current＇s impact,our country enterprise also inevitably gradually uses this kind of salary system,but because in economic environment＇s disparity,implements the stockholder＇s rights incentive mechanism in our country,if wants to produce the good results,but must solve some important problems,but in the present situation,the hypothesized stock option plan is one kind of good choice.
