摘 要:在采摘花卉上喷洒保鲜蜡后,形成的蜡涂层可有效阻止水分蒸发,起到延长花卉寿命的作用。以石蜡和改性石蜡为原料,采用复合乳化剂,进行了花卉保鲜蜡的制备研究。研究表明,在复合乳化剂质量分数为7%,石蜡和改性蜡总质量分数为10%,乳化温度85℃,乳化时间40 min,搅拌速度1 000 r/min的条件下,可以得到水溶性强、稳定性和分散性好的保鲜蜡。应用实验表明,该保鲜蜡可提高鲜花保鲜期50%以上。After spraying fresh wax on the flowers,the formation of wax coating could effectively prevent water evaporation and played an important role to extend the life of flowers.By taking paraffin and modified paraffin as raw materials and using composite emulsifier,conducted a study on the preparation of wax fresh for flowers.It has shown that under the condition which composite emulsifier of 7%,paraffin and modified paraffin total of 10%,emulsifying temperature of 85 ℃,emulsifying time of 40 min,stirring speed of 1000 r/min,we can get the fresh wax which has the properties of strong water-soluble,stability and good dispersion.Application experiments showed that the fresh wax can improve the life time of flowers longer than 50%.
