摘 要:目前对水下干式高压焊接的研究多在高压舱中的实验台架上进行,为了开展对水下干式高压GMAW焊接技术的研究,需要设计试验台架。笔者搭建了干式高压GMAW焊接试验平台,该平台包括焊枪、焊接设备、变位机构、三维移动平台、高速摄影系统。介绍了该试验平台的设计目的和设计原理,此试验平台可在高压舱内实现GMAW焊接试验及数据采集,为GMAW干式焊接研究提供试验基础。At present, the research about dry-type high-pressure GMAW welding is mostly conducted on the test platform in high-pressure containers, and the test platform is needed to be designed according to requirements beforehand. In our work a dry-type high-pressure GMAW welding test platform has been set up, which includes welding torch, welding equipment, position adjusting body, three-dimensional mobile platform, high-speed camera system. The design principles and design purpose were also introduced. This test platform can be used for GMAW welding test and data collection in high-pressure chamber, in order to provide experimental basis for GMAW welding.
