摘　　要："争奈"始见于唐诗中,属于跨层结构,是"争奈X何"的省略式。晚唐五代以后这种省略式扩展到了非韵文中,开始了词汇化,到元代彻底完成。省略和重新分析是"争奈"词汇化的重要机制。在词汇化过程中,"争奈"逐渐丧失了反诘语气,同时逐渐获得了转折连词的关联功能。Zheng Nai(争奈),an abbreviation of zhengnai x he(争奈X何),originally appeared in Tang poetry and belongs to trans-level structure.In the latter Tang and Five Dynasties,the abbreviation developed into non-verse and began its lexicalization,then thoroughly lexicalized in Yuan Dynasty.Abbreviation and reanalysis is the important mechanism of the lexicalization.In the process of lexicalization,the rhetorical tone of zhengnai(争奈)disappeared.And zhengnai(争奈)has some relating function of transitional conjunction.
