摘　　要：时代在激荡变革，大学生群体表现出很强的社会性，高校教师的教育工作也应在时代的大背景下展开。完善师德，把握方向，正确引导。The time is changing swiftly and violently. Under such background ,the university student community displays the very strong sociality.So the university teacher＇s educational work should also launch under it to perfect teacher＇s ethics, to grasp the direction, and to guide correctly.
