摘 要:针对齿隙非线性环节造成坦克炮控系统驱动延时和冲击振荡等问题,在分析系统齿隙非线性环节耦合运动及其影响的基础上,建立齿隙环节数学模型并将其近似为线性环节;然后根据炮控系统结构及其运行状态求解系统的传递函数和频域特性曲线,从系统的角度分析齿隙环节对炮控系统性能的影响,找出其相关因素并得出定量关系;最后讨论各种补偿控制策略的等效形式,为坦克炮控系统齿隙非线性补偿控制提供依据。Aimed at the drive time-lapse and impulsion in gun control system of tanks caused by backlash nonlinearity,the coupling movement of backlash nonlinear node and its influence were analyzed,the model of which was built and linearized.On its basis,the transfer function and characteristic curve in the frequency domain of gun control system was figured out based on the structure and run state of it,and then the influence of backlash nonlinearity was analyzed from point of view of system and the correlative factors was dug out.Finally,the equivalent forms of various compensation control strategy,and thus a theory gist were provided for the compensation control of backlash nonlinearity in gun control system of tanks.
