摘 要:研究了以甲醇为溶剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,红花籽油在高压反应釜中进行异构化反应制备共轭亚油酸(CLA)的方法。按照均匀设计法优化异构化反应条件,用均匀设计软件处理试验结果得到模型方程,方程反映了各因素及交互作用对异构化反应的影响规律,模型计算值与试验值吻合良好。通过均匀设计得到红花籽油异构化的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度177℃,反应时间1 h,氢氧化钠加量5.6%,红花籽油质量分数5%。在该条件下c9,t11-CLA和t10,c12-CLA两种活性异构体的收率达到87.1%,且在总共轭亚油酸中的比例高达96.5%。Synthesis of conjugated linoleic acids(CLA) through isomerization reaction using safflower seed oil as starting material,methanol as a solvent and sodium hydroxide as a catalyst in an autoclave was investigated.The uniform design was applied to optimize isomerization conditions and a regression equation was established to describe the influences of reaction temperature,reaction time,alkali dosage,safflower seed oil concentration and their interaction effects on isomerization.The calculated results of the regression equation agreed well with the experimental data.The optimal reaction conditions were temperature 177℃,time 1 h,NaOH dosage 5.6% and safflower seed oil concentration 5%.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of c9,t11-CLA and t10,c12-CLA was 87.1%,and the ratio of c9,t11-CLA and t10,c12-CLA in total conjugated linoleic acids was as high as 96.5%.
