摘  要:系统复杂的本质是系统要素之间的差别和联系的相互作用,营造着强大的信息势而呈现出相变和分岔带来的"不确定性",因而,应对复杂的有效战略就是通过抽象获得更多的信息量、营造更大的信息势。势=差别÷距离=差别×联系,因而,势即梯度、即斜率、即导数、即比例("即"表示推进到本质联系的极限过程)。所以,老子说"势成之",毕达哥拉斯说"万物皆比例"。势科学原理由三个势定律组成,其核心是"对称性原理"。势的运行机制是"差别促进联系、联系扩大差别",由此推动复杂系统从"不对称→对称→不对称→对称→......"进行螺旋式演化与发展。The essence of Systematic complex is the interaction of connection and the difference between systematic essential factors, and constructing powerful information potential present appearance change and the uncertainty that brings. Thus, effective strategy for coping with complex is to get more information content through abstractness and construct larger information potential. Potential = difference + distance = Difference x connection. Thus, potential is grads, slope, differential and proportion, therefore, "Potential makes everything", said Taoist and "Everything has proportion", said Pythagoraso Potential theory consists of 3 law compositions, and its core is "symmetry principle". The operation mechanism of potential is "difference promotes connection and connection enlarges difference". Potential promotes complex system from "asymmetrical→symmetry→asymmetrical→symmetry→…… " with screw type to evolve and develop.
