摘 要:利用Pro/E软件建立配气机构三维实体模型,并用ANSYS软件对推杆、摇臂、气门等零件进行网格划分、模态计算生成相应的柔性体;以ADAMS/Engine为仿真平台,建立了配气机构多柔体动力学模型。通过仿真分析,得到不同转速下配气机构仿真的结果,同时,分析了配气机构的噪声机理。该方法能够更加准确细致地分析配气机构动力学特性,为后续柴油机整机振动和噪声的分析和预测,提供更为精确的边界条件。Focusing on the deficiency of dynamic simulation for dynamic analysis of valve train of internal combustion engine,flexible multi-body dynamic simulation for dynamic analysis of valve train of internal combustion engine is applied.First of all,the rigid body model is built through the software Pro/E,the multi-flexible body dynamics model is built through the software ANSYS,which mesh and yield flexible body,such as flexible body-pushrod,flexible-body-rocker and flexible-body-valve.And then,the valve train's flexible multi-body simulation analysis is established by ADAMS/Engine.In the end,the valve train's flexible multi-body dynamics analysis is carried out.The simulation results at different speed are given.The noise mechanical of valve train is analyzed.The method can describe dynamic characteristics of valve train more precisely and the simulation results are given as a more accurate boundary condition to analyze and predict the vibration and noise characteristics of the diesel engine in the future.
