摘 要:文章对学生期望与学业成败互动关系模式进行调研,认为无论是学业期望还是职业期望,学困生自我期望的水平均低,且两者之间呈现出显著的相关性;对有关学生期望的形成及其作用机制的复杂性表现,认为现实的学业水平高低状况是期望互动的逻辑起点,学生期望的形成是一个社会性过程,从学生期望的作用机制来看,期望对于学业成败有显著影响;对学生期望问题在教育实践上的意义和实施进行探讨,认为教师要高度重视学生期望以及尽量给学生鼓励性评价,学生应充分发挥期望的自我能动性,家庭必须通过合理方式传递合适的教育期望,学校要尽可能为学生提供成功的机会并将其期望中的"问题"纳入到教育管理之中。Through investigating and studying the interactive relation mode of expectation of the students and their study achievement, the author thought that the low level of serf- expectation of lower students,regardless of their achievement expectation or their occupation expectation, shows remarkable relevance between them. The complexity can be manifested by the formation of their expectation and the function mechanism, the reality of the studies horizontal height condition is the logical beginning with expected interaction. The formation of students' expectation is a social process.From the fimctional mechanism,expectation has great effect on their achievement;its significance and the implementation has carried on the discussion in education practices, the author thought that the teacher should pay much more attention on the students' expectation and try their best to give the students encouraging assessment. The student should display self- activity of the expectation fully, and the family is expected to pass appropriate expectation to the student by proper way. The school is required to provide the chances for success to the students, and adopt the problem of their expectation into the educational management.
