摘　　要：文章通过对近年来中小学教师工作满意度研究资料的搜集,分析整理出我国中小学教师工作满意度的相关的研究状况,包括对中小学教师工作满意度的内涵的研究、对工作满意度的效应的研究、对提高工作满意度的途径的研究,均取得了丰硕的成果,但在研究的深度和广度上与国外相关研究相比存在一定的不足。今后的相关研究还有较大的空间,值得研究者们深入关注。Based on the elementary teachers＇ job satisfaction in recent years,the research data have been collected through analysis of the primary and secondary school teachers＇ job satisfaction in related research status for primary and secondary school teachers. The great achievements in research have been made,which included the connotation of job satisfaction of the research,the effect of job satisfaction of research for improving the study ways of job satisfaction. While lack of research exits in the depth and breadth compared with foreign related studies. Future studies towards it have larger space, and deep concern to the researchers.
