摘  要:[目的]了解某市产妇的营养认知水平及饮食行为现况及其影响因素,为今后的健康教育及干预研究提供依据和基础资料。[方法]随机选取2008年4~5月在某市医院住院分娩及产后随访的产妇107名作为研究对象,采用自填式问卷进行现场调查,应用描述性分析、方差分析等方法对调查资料进行统计分析。[结果]107名产妇孕期营养KP得分为(7.38±1.31)分,及格率为90.7%,产妇均认为产前及产后营养都很重要,但仍有一些营养认知的缺陷和饮食行为的不合理存在。产妇的营养认知水平及行为与其文化程度、所属地区及民族等因素有关。[结论]应加强妇女产前及产后营养知识的宣传教育力度、增加宣传的手段、丰富宣教的形式,并将宣教开展至产妇家人以增加效果。[ Objective ] To study nutrition knowledge and the eating behavior of post-partum mothers of Kunming city. [ Methodsl Self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 107 post-partum mothers from 4 hospitals. [ Results] The Kunming post-partum mothers' nutrition KP score was 7.38±1.31, passing rate was 90.7%: all most of them thought both maternal prenatal and postnatal nutrition were important, but there were still some limitation about cognitions and behaviors. The nutrition knowledge and the eating behavior of post-partum mothers were affected by a lot of factors, such as edueationad level, age and occupation. [ Conclusion] The nutrition knowledge of post-partum women should be strengthened. And we should expend the publicity scope for other family member in order to increase the effect.
