摘  要:[目的]探讨复合酶法对广佛手多糖提取率的影响。[方法]以广佛手为原料,用复合酶法提取多糖。通过单因素和L16(45)正交试验对佛手多糖的提取工艺进行优化。[结果]复合酶法提取佛手多糖的最佳工艺条件为:酶用量1.2%、酶解时间150min、料液比1∶40、酶解温度50℃,此条件下的佛手多糖得率为4.13%。[结论]复合酶法能显著地提高多糖的提取率。[Objective] To study the effects of compound enzymolysis method on bergamot polysaccharides and provide a theoretical basis for its application.[Method] The bergamot taken from Guangdong Province was used as experimental material,and the polysaccharides from it were extracted by compound enzymolysis method.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by single factor and L16(4^5)orthogonal experimental designs.[Result] The optimum conditions were as follows:compound enzyme amount 1.2%,enzymatic extraction time 150 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40 and enzymolysis temperature 50 ℃.Moreover,the extraction yield of polysaccharides is 4.13% under those conditions.[Conclusion] The yield of bergamot polysaccharides can be improved by compound enzymolysis method.
