福建省高校体育教师工作满意度的调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对福建省的423名高校体育教师的工作满意度现状进行调查研究.研究结果表明,福建省高校体育教师的工作满意度整体水平一般;对福建省高校体育教师工作满意度水平产生影响的人口统计学变量有教龄、职称、学校类别(P<0.05);不同性别、学历的高校体育教师在工作满意度水平上的差异不显著.By the means of literature material,investigation ect.,this thesis carries on preliminary research on job satisfaction of 423 P.E.teachers in college and university in Fujian .The main result of study is as follows：the job satisfaction integral level of P.E.teachers in college and university is general in Fujia;The demography variable of exerting an influence on job satisfaction level of P.E.teachers in college and university in Fujian has length of teaching,professional title,school classification（P0.05）;The difference is not prominent between different sex and difference education P.E.teachers in college and university on job satisfaction level.
