摘　　要：来华留学生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,回顾建国60年来华留学生教育的发展历程,深刻总结分析推动其发展的主要因素,对我国在新的历史时期进一步发展来华留学生教育有重要的理论意义和现实指导意义。这些因素包括:政府的重视和支持是来华留学生教育发展的重要前提;我国经济的稳步增长是其发展的基础;高等教育体制改革是其发展的动力;国际关系与外交政策是影响其发展的直接因素。Overseas student education in China is an important part of our higher education system. Retrospecting its 60 years＇ development after the founding of People＇s Republic of China and analyzing the main factors of its development has important theoretical and practical significance for its further development in the current time. These factors include ： our government＇s recognition and support is the premise for its development; the steady growth of China＇s economy is the basis of its development; higher education system reform is the driving force for its development; international relationship and foreign policy is the direct impact factors of its development.
