地方本科院校开展第二专业教学的研究与思考

摘　　要：为适应社会对复合型人才的需求,更好地服务地方经济发展,我国已有许多地方性本科院校开展了第二专业教学,但在教学实践中存在社会认同度低、师资力量弱、管理不到位、教学成效难以体现等现实问题。为了解决好这些问题,在开展第二专业教学时要遵循服务地方性、市场导向性、学生主体性、主辅兼修性原则,在此基础上提出加强第二专业教学的策略和措施。The second major teaching have been developed for meeting the social needs of the comprehensive talent and serving local economic construction in local undergradute universities of our country. But there are many problems in low social identity, weak faculty, bad management and difficulty to reflect teaching effectiveness. In order to solve these problems, the second major teaching should follow local services, market orientations, student subjectivities, combination of major and minor. Thus, this paper proposes ways to strengthen the second teaching strategies and measures in the end.
