摘　　要：在班级管理中,学习成绩中等、不太爱表现的"中等生"很容易被班主任所忽视,成为"沉默的大多数"。原因不仅在于班主任对班级的被动管理,还在于班主任的情感偏向以及对"中等生"的认识偏差有关。教师应该转变观念、改进工作方式,改变中等生在班级中被动的存在方式,让"沉默的大多数"活跃起来。In the management of a class,the intermediate-level students who are not good at expressing themselves are often neglected by the class adviser and become ＂the silent majority.＂ It is not only because of the class adviser＇s passive management,but also because of his/her affective partiality and his/her deviation in understanding students at such a level.Teachers should change their conception,improve their working mode,and make a change in the passive existence condition of the intermediate-level students so as to get them enlivened.
