摘 要:目的探讨循证医学(EBM)对临床教学的影响及如何在临床教学中建立EBM的教学模式。方法介绍了EBM的概念,分析EBM与传统医学的区别及其在临床教学中的应用和意义。结果EBM的教学模式有利于学生对医学知识兴趣的提高和新科技与网络信息技术广泛运用;有利于医患沟通,改善医患关系;且对临床实践行为的规范具有重要的意义。结论在医学教育中引入EBM的理念、原则和方法,可帮助医学生和医务工作者学会掌握自我更新医学知识和临床技能的方法和技巧,从而实现人才培养的可持续发展。Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based medicine(EBM) on clinical teaching and the way to create a EMB teaching mode. Methods The concept of EBM was introduced,the difference between traditional medicine and EBM,and their application and significance in clinical teaching were analyzed. Results Teaching mode of EBM was in favour of improving medical knowledge in students,extensive use of new technology,network information technology(IT),communication between medical workers and patients and improving doctor-patient relationship,which was of important significance in clinical practice. Conclusion The introduction of the concept,principle and method of EBM in medical education may help medical students and medical workers master methods and skills in self-renewal of medical knowledge and clinical know-how and thus to realize the goal of sustainable development of culturing talented professionals.
