摘　　要：发展农村中小学音乐教育是推动农村整体素质发展的一项重要举措。笔者以《九年制义务教育音乐课程标准》的四大教学领域为调查内容,通过对福建省6个县市乡镇中小学音乐教育教学现状进行抽样调查,剖析当前影响农村音乐教育发展的主要因素,呼吁应引起社会行政部门的高度重视,并提出加强农村音乐教育师资力量的培养和改善学校、家庭、社会音乐文化氛围的重要性。Developing the music education in the rural middle and primary schools is an important act to enhance the whole quality in the country.The author takes four teaching fields in the Music Curriculum of Nine-year Compulsory Education as the investigation content.By investigating the status quo of music teaching and education in six country middle and primary schools,the author analyzes the main factors affecting the development of the country music educaton,appeals to the government to pay full attention to it and also emphasizes the importance of reinforcing the training of the country music teachers and improving the music cultural atmosphere in the school,the family and the society.
