摘　　要：金属材料工程应用型人才培养应结合行业特点,以培养侧重于工程实践、工程应用的工程师为主要目标。本文围绕工程师资质认证的要求,构建了以工程教育启蒙、专业技能实训及应用模拟演练为模块的新型实践教学体系,实现了与专业资质的衔接,取得了一定的成效。Industrial characteristics should be combined with training of practical talent with ability of metal material engineering.It is the main objective that training engineers who focus on practice and application of engineering.Centring on the basic characters of engineers＇ qualification identification,the new system of practical teaching system which including engineering education enlightenment,professional skills trainning and practical simulation training is constructed,the succession with the professional qualification identification is attained.Some achievements are gained in this practice.
