摘  要:目的建立食品加工用吸附树脂中苯、丙烯腈等11种残留溶剂的测定方法,为食品和药品中安全使用吸附树脂提供依据。方法样品经环己烷超声萃取,应用DB-WAX色谱柱分离,用气相色谱-质谱仪选择离子定性定量检测,外标法定量。结果优化了样品的提取方法和色谱条件,基线分离11种残留溶剂;加标10.0和50.0 mg/kg时,回收率为84.6%-109.2%,相对标准偏差为1.1%-8.5%。结论该方法简单、准确、可靠,适于测定吸附树脂中的残留有机溶剂。Objective A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method was established for determination of 11 kinds of residual solvents such as benzene,acrylonitrile,etc in adsorption resin used for drug and food industry.Methods The samples were extracted with cyclohexane and separated by DB-WAX column,then determined by GC-MS in SIM mode.Results The extraction method and chromatography condition were optimized,and 11 kinds of residual solvents were baseline separation.The recovery rate of the method for 11 kinds of residual solvents ranged from 84.6% to 109.2%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.1%~8.5%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and simple.It can be used for determination of 11 kinds of residual solvents in adsorption resin used for drug and food industry.
