摘　　要：为了更有效推进危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)体系信息化,提出了构建基于工作流技术的HACCP体系信息化工具的方案。该方案针对HACCP体系信息化实施的需求情况,把工作流技术应用到HACCP体系的原理和方法之中,从工作过程、组织及资源3个方面来对HACCP体系进行建模。以HACCP计划执行为例,把关键控制点看作步骤,关键控制点中的监控、纠偏、验证及记录环节作为步骤中的动作,建立了相应的工作流模型。最后利用该模型进行了一个HACCP体系管理系统的研发。系统的运行结果表明,该信息化工具的方案正确有效。In order to promote the hazard analysis and critical control point（HACCP） system information more effectively,the design of building a tool for HACCP system information based on workflow technology is proposed.For the demand on HACCP system infor-mation implementation,workflow technology is applied to principles and methods of HACCP system,and the system is modeled in three aspects： The work process,the organization and the resources.And an example of the implementation of the HACCP plans is given to establish the corresponding workflow model,the critical control points as a step and the monitoring,correction,validation and recording in the critical control points as actions of the step.At last,the model is used to research and develop a HACCP management system.The system operation results show that the design of building a tool of HACCP system information based on Workflow technology is corrective and effective.
